If you wish to cancel before any project work has commenced and before any onboarding has taken place, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of any deposit paid, at our sole discretion.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Info@marketersrizzdigital.com within 24 hours of payment. Requests submitted after this window will not qualify for any refund.
Digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous variables outside our direct control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, audience behaviour, and client-side execution. As such, results are not guaranteed, and the absence of a specific outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund.
We encourage all clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. Unauthorised chargebacks after project commencement will be contested with full documentation of services rendered.
