The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate Service Agreement or proposal prior to project commencement.
Clients agree to provide timely access to all necessary materials, accounts, and information required for project delivery. Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required assets or feedback may result in adjusted timelines, for which Marketers Rizz Digital LLC bears no responsibility.
Upon full payment for a project, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables (funnels, copy, creatives) created specifically for them. Marketers Rizz Digital LLC retains ownership of all methodologies, frameworks, templates, and processes used in delivering services.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any deliverable without prior written consent from Marketers Rizz Digital LLC.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Neither party will disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Marketers Rizz Digital LLC provides services based on best practices and proven methodologies. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, conversion rates, or return on ad spend, as results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, client follow-through, and platform algorithm changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
